Here are the meeting notes from the GA on Saturday, January 7th.
The notes don't include copies of the various proposals (lawyer contract, diversity statement, meeting order, asset bylaw, FB policy, techOps charter, etc). If the people who brought those proposals could post them here, we could include them as attachments to the notes. (I'll work on getting an electronic version of the lawyer contract.) Thanks!
