This is an open forum discussion regarding legal means to recover property belonging to the Occupied Tulsa General Assembly to be voted on at the next General Assembly meeting. Anyone may lead off the discussion.

The first step it would seem is an inventory of what that property is. Does one exist? Included in that definition would certainly be the balance of the OT credit union account as of the day when the signatories on that account declared their separation from OT. Unfortunately, even though I was a titular member of what was then called the "Treasury Committee" I was never successful in my oft-repeated attempts to get either signatory to provide me a copy of credit union statement or the Paypal account. So, I would not be of much help there. Doubtlessly, the credit union could, but with "those two" (and a relative) as the only authorized names on the account, it may require a subpoena to get it from the credit union.
Bottom line, though, we ought to make an effort ... say, at least sending "those two" a registered letter to show good faith efforts, but I have doubts we will ever succeed in getting any of this property back.
Is there any member of OT General Assembly who is an attorney or otherwise experienced in collections and repossessions?
